I had to bring my car to get my oil changed and the service was amazing. The assistant manager Terrance gave great customer service & the wait was very time consuming. Overall a lovely experience.

Went in because brakes were starting to moan and needed a vehicle inspection. Was quoted over the phone that brakes would be around $180 an axial. Which was the cheapest I found shopping around. The inspection would be $25.50. They checked out the brakes and told me they were still good and did not need any servicing. They did go looking for something else to make up for the loss of service. They performed the inspection and I was on my way. They were upfront and honest. It was like taking a family member to the hospital. Will definitely return.

I’m truly shocked at the high ratings this place has. I made the mistake of purchasing an oil change bundle that covers 5 oil changes back when this place had a different name. After the second attempt to get these I gave up and took my vehicle somewhere else. Today I’m sitting in the waiting area relieved that this is my last oil change and I will never be back. Every time I have been here I’ve scheduled and early morning Saturday appointment. My experience has been either they don’t have the parts needed, there’s only one tech who is busy or the tech hasn’t shown up. Today I watched the people here order the oil needed for my car get the wrong oil delivered, order it again and it’s been an hour and 10 minutes since I walked in. Not one time have they communicated any of this to me, but since it’s happened before, I am not surprised. Because I wanted to use the paid for oil changes I’ve had my son use them. The last time he was here he waited 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment! This is not the place for you if you value time and efficiency.

Originally quoted me 400$ for an installation service and when I took it up to the shop to have the car worked on they changed the price to 550$. I was easily quoted 330$ for the same job elsewhere. I was willing to pay the extra 70$ to have it done here as I’ve done business here in the past. But I can’t help but feel ripped off when one person gives me one quote and all the sudden 2 days later they quote me 150$ more for the same job. Absolutely ridiculous.

Oscar is such a pleasure to do business with he is professional and very helpful. As long as they are in business I will be a customer. I had outter tire rod and sway bar links replaced along with an oil change. My car was completed in a timely fashion. Thanks you guys

Great and friendly service and I was in and out in no time! I loved how they sent me an invoice with pics and details of the future maintenance my car needed. Will definitely be back!!
