I’m new to the area and brought my car in during my first week after moving, and I’m really glad I found this shop early on. I initially came in for their free A/C check, during which they found that my system was low on refrigerant and recommended an evacuation and recharge with UV dye. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Brandon was especially helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was being recommended without any pressure. While I was there, I also had an oil change, and they included a complimentary inspection of the whole vehicle. Based on that, I had the drive belt and tensioner replaced, and also got a full alignment. They even provided a shuttle to and from my apartment, which was a huge help since I didn’t have a ride that day. I returned two weeks later for the follow-up A/C leak check, and everything was working great. The whole team was kind, professional, and easy to work with. It’s always a little stressful trying to find a trustworthy mechanic in a new place, but I felt well taken care of here. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them.
