FAST and EFFICIENT! The techs are awesome! The problem that I had with my truck was explained in detail. He was very informative and I understood everything that he said. They took my truck right in and did the repairs immediately. They are very nice and respectful. I was also texted to see if everything was ok a few days after my truck was repaired. When my car battery went out on me I went online to do price comparisons. I could not believe how much batteries cost these days. So a friend of mine recommended this place. I am very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism that I received there. I plan on continuing doing business with them in the near future. I have never left a review before but I need to this time. I took my 06 Toyota Prius Hybrid to West Houston Auto Repair 2 saturdays ago with a major coolant leak that was located somewhere below the hybrid battery though the A/C was still blowing cold. My usual auto repair shop could not repair it so referred me to the dealer. well, we know how that goes. I did a google search for Toyota specialists and I found them with loads of positive/good reviews so I decided to try them. I left my car till Monday to allow them enough time and not rush and Erik was upfront that the tech had not worked on taking out that part before but was confident they will get it done. and that they did. I'm glad I came here, I have not found any issues and they gave great customer service. they offered a free drop off to and pick up from my house when my car was ready (Scott was amazing). I'll certainly recommend West Houston Auto Repair. Thanks to Eric and the team

My previous mechanic moved away a few months ago, and I've been drifting from shop to shop. I just happened to find this shop on a Google search and I think my days of drifting are over. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will be back there myself whenever I have car trouble.
