Every time I go to West Houston Auto I get the best customer service! I’ve gone about three times now and everyone is so nice and accommodating! Sam in the front (and everyone else) are all great delivering excellent customer service every time I’m there. I will continue going back.

Multiple BMW owner who has exclusively had all repairs done at dealerships for the last 10 years. I was recommended to this shop by a good friend who is a bit of a car enthusiast and collector. Glad I took that advice. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Pricing is fair, maybe better than fair as I'm sure I saved a few hundred bucks by not taking my car to the dealership! Will be going back for more maintenance I've been putting off due to the ungodly amount BMW dealerships charge for the simplest repairs!

Went in because brakes were starting to moan and needed a vehicle inspection. Was quoted over the phone that brakes would be around $180 an axial. Which was the cheapest I found shopping around. The inspection would be $25.50. They checked out the brakes and told me they were still good and did not need any servicing. They did go looking for something else to make up for the loss of service. They performed the inspection and I was on my way. They were upfront and honest. It was like taking a family member to the hospital. Will definitely return.
