Great place for state inspection
I was initially referred by my neighbor when I needed transmission repair on my 07 Toyota FJ. They referred me to a Transmission shop (a very good reference). I returned to West Houston Auto Repair for my 180k service. I made an appointment and dropped off my truck and they shuttled me home. I received an update on my vehicle about 2 hours later with a status report (I never had that before- very impressed. ) When my truck was ready they picked me up (I appreciate the personal touch). To top it off I was able to use a coupon that was texted to me to save 20% off labor and oil change. I definitely recommend this repair shop especially if you are a woman. They explain everything and show you comparative prices at other places for your service. I appreciate the openess and honesty. West Houston Auto Repair you have a new customer!

Honest shop, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I received excellent service from Mr. Don and Billy and the guys who worked on my truck. They didn't charge me to take a look at my vehicle initially which I appreciate. So I went back the next day and had them do the work I'd been wanting done. Will be back in the future.
