Im new to the area and brought my car in during my first week after moving, and Im really glad I found this shop early on. I originally came in for a free A/C check followed by an A/C recharge, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Brandon was especially helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was being recommended without any pressure. While I was there, I also had an oil change done, and they included a complimentary check of the vehicle, which helped me understand the overall condition of my car. Based on that, I had the drive belt and tensioner replaced, and also got a full alignment. They even provided a shuttle to and from my apartment, which was a huge help since I didnt have a ride that day. I returned two weeks later for the follow-up A/C leak check, and everything was working great. The whole team was kind, professional, and easy to work with. Its always a little stressful trying to find a trustworthy mechanic in a new place, but I felt well taken care of here. Ill definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them.

Erik and his team have been nothing but exceptional. They go above and beyond and work with what you got. Close to voluntarily surrendering it and they brought our vehicle back to life. We are grateful for their customer service and etiquette. You shouldn’t have to look elsewhere. This place is home.

I highly recommend N. West Houston Auto Repair. I recently took my 2021 Camry SE in for an oil change. They inspected the car and found that my radiator was leaking. The manager took me out to examine the leaks and also provided additional photos, in much greater detail, showing that the radiator was damaged. Thankfully, they found it just in time as I was about to go on a road trip. The service was outstanding. They drove me, in a courtesy car, home and picked me up once the repairs were completed.
