N West Auto Repair in Tomball are the best! My second time bringing my truck to them and both time my experience with them was exceptional. Friendly staff and excellent customer service, when I say they will go above and beyond to help their customers in any way they can. Believe me they will! The owner of the shop literally took me to pick up my son from school and patiently waiting with me until he was out. Also Eric and Brandon were just amazing through the whole repair process. If you are looking for a honest and reliable auto repair shop. Do not hesitate to stop by their shop, they are truly awesome!!

Went to get an alignment and was greeted by Lucas at the door. From the moment he greeted me to the final transaction he was very pleasantly, knowledgeable, explained other issues that need to be attended to and most of all his customer service was on point. Thank you for giving me great service and I will definitely be back for other maintenance work for my car. Great job.

We had an Transmission go out at the wrong time but N.West Houston was there quick fast very knowledgeable and helped us get the finance we I would and will recommend them all my friends GREAT JOB very well done

These guys are amazing. Helping get some major repairs done on my wifes car. They always come through and try hard to get things done as promised. I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them for all my maintenance and repairs.
