Amazing customer service; excellent explanation of services completed, needed repairs, and suggested maintenance; comprehensive quotes with no surprises on the bill. They completed my brake service way faster than I thought they would! Shout out to Jake for answering all (and I do mean all) of my questions and accommodating as many of my requests as possible. He never once talked down to me - a refreshing experience when dealing with car-related errands as a an independent lady. I am leaving with a clear plan of needed repairs and a timeline of recommended services. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!!

Didn’t do what I asked for and charged me for something I didn’t say yes to. Never going back

This was my first experience going here, and I don’t recommend them to anyone. They diagnosed my vehicle wrong and tried to get me to pay major $$$ for something that wouldn’t fix the problem. They also had terrible customer service. I am shocked at how they treated me. Trust me, choose a different auto repair shop.

Had warranty work done and was glad to know the shop took care of all the warranty details and fixed my problem that they had diagnosed. They are my go to shop for mechanical and oil changes.

Car inspection & brake fluid flush. Courteous and timely. Cost as expected. Reset my oil change notification at no extra cost, which was nice. Will try them again in the near future.

I walked in and received immediate help. The team took the time to evaluate what my concerns were and test drove the truck twice to confirm the issues. Although I had a routine oil change, I’m happy with their diagnostic information that lets me plan ahead on other work. The time it took for the work was reasonable and prices were better than other shops I’ve had work done at.
