Honest, fair pricing- much less than quoted at another shop , and fast. I appreciate that they listen to my concerns and although they’ll point out other issues they don’t push and understand working within a budget and having to prioritize which issues to address now and help to decide what can wait.

They are professional in what they do. They look over the vehicle. If they find something they tell you they explain it to you and are more than willing to fix it. Great place to take your vehicle

Great place to come. I waited till the last day to get my truck inspected. I called 10 minutes before closing time and they stayed open for me 10 out of 10 would reccomend!!!!

I took my truck in for an inspection. We were greeted immediately and my truck was inspected quickly, we were on our way within 30 minutes! The employees were knowledgeable, quick and courteous! Keep it up N. West Houston Auto Repair, you are AMAZING!
