I asked them to do the 60k check up on the vehicle that I had been putting off at the dealership due to exaggerated pricing and unnecessary work. Was very happy with the experience and will be returning with my other vehicles when necessary.

Great service mot too pushy to get additional auto things done but informative on what is needed per manufactures recommendations. Reasonable prices and friendly workers. I have had oil changes to brake jobs done. Tell them larry sanders sent you and maybe i will get a Christmas card. LOL

So grateful for N.West Auto Repair. I was told that I needed to replace an expensive part for my car and I approved it. However when the part arrived and they started to replace it they notice something that they couldn't see before, a loose wire. they connected the wire and retested the car and that was all it needed. They could have replaced it and I wouldn't had known. That saved me over $2000.00. Thank you for your honesty.
